A Note on the Careful Aim Change for BM and SV

Careful Aim To Be More . . . Careful?

Careful Aim now grants additional critical strike chance against targets over 90% health, up from 80% health. Well, crap.  That’s an unequivocal nerf.  It will have the largest impact on MM and is likely an attempt to rein that spec in.
