In Ghostcrawler’s new post on upcoming class changes, all three hunter specs get mentioned by name in the first body paragraph.  Survival hunters are brought up twice, for having suspiciously high single target damage and for having possibly too-high AoE damage.  Beast Mastery and Marksmanship hunters get singled out as having damage that is definitely too low.  This much attention, this prominently in the [...]

What!? The developers believe hunter dps is too low, so today we are implementing a change to ranged weapon damage to improve dps across the board. [And arms warrior can bite me*] -Ghostcrawler *edited for clarity Well, I won’t delete my character and roll a rogue, but come on!
