It’s too bad I missed this one.
SV does not have cooldowns the way that BM or MM do. It’s LnL is random, but if you can use a trap to proc it, that can be considered a cooldown for burst DPS.
I think there is supposed to be 2 caps an arena cap and an rbg cap you will have to do some rbgs to get 1500.
