My guild started getting really into pvp lately, and a lot of us who haven’t done much in arenas and the like are giving them a try now. I’m on a 2′s team, mostly for the lulz, but it’s a double hunter team. It’s fun, and burning down a DPS that runs out of range of his healer is so incredibly satisfying, but we have a lot of classes that give us issues, so we’re stuck at around 1200 rating. It’s taught me a bit more about pvp gear and macros and such though, so it’s all good.

Heh, I sometimes ask myself that when I’m editing these. But if you think about it, there’s a ton of arcane and obscure terminology we use in PvE that we take for granted. This is a slightly different subset of lingo, is all :)

I’ve just started playing arena again with 2 guildmates, who happen to be a resto shaman and a prot/ret pala (i’m playing BM with a chimera) and that combo seems to go pretty well ^^ Thx for the tips !

I played the prot-ret shaman combo for a bit and I agree is it so fun but we found that ret worked better as the bits of pve he was using were not that good really.

Sounds epic, btw. If I ever decide to take PvP seriously, I’ll make sure to come back and re-read this stuff.
