There are several more things we should discuss for certain foes:

Pet management (ie spiders web for instance)
How to kill a Warr/drood/rogue/mage/etc
Macroing in viper sting/silencing shots for focus targets
and much more

Of course you could just not use pushtotalk while using vent, but I find that it doesn’t work nearly as well with vent as it does with skype
