Great write up! I just got into PvP and Arathi fast has become my favorite. I had the vague idea of some of this, but your points are well laid out.

Thanks, and keep it up! Lord knows I can use the knowledge!

Great guide.

Communication is the most important of any BG, particularly AB. A smart team (or even a random pug with experienced BGers in it) will always leave at least one person at a recently acquired node to call out incoming opposition and distract them while backup comes. I personally like to shadow meld with my NE hunter and prowl with my pet with another player guarding a node to make it look like only one person is guarding it. Then when somebody comes to pick a fight I've set up quite a nasty ambush.

It's even more fun with a stealthed rogue making the node look completely abandoned.

But yeah, communication is key and don't get drawn into a fight away from the nodes. Complete waste of time.
